A road in North Lanarkshire has been closed after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called shortly after 8am to Greenfaulds Road in Cumbernauld after the collision.
The closure was in place at Locksley Road, Locksley Place, Locksley Avenue and Locksley Crescent and road users were urged to use an alternative route.
There are no details of any injuries as a result of the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Greenfaulds Road in Cumbernauld is closed due to a collision involving a pedestrian and vehicle which was reported around 8.10am.
“The closure is in place at Locksley Road, Locksley Place, Locksley Avenue and Locksley Crescent.
“Please use an alternative route.”
The road fully reopened at around 3pm following investigations.
