A cannabis farm has been seized by police after a fire broke out at an industrial unit in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the blaze at an industrial unit on Camelon Street, Carntyne, on Monday.
Officers confirmed that a cannabis cultivation was discovered inside.
An investigation has been opened, and investigations are ongoing.
Police Scotland said there is no wider risk to the public.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On Monday, May 19, 2025, officers attended a report of a fire at an industrial unit on Camelon Street, Carntyne.
“A cannabis cultivation was discovered within, and enquiries are ongoing. Officers will remain in the area, and there is no wider risk to the public.”
