CCTV images of man released in connection with robbery at park

The man or anyone who knows him is being urged to come forward to police.

Images of a man police believe can assist with enquiries into a robbery in an East Ayrshire village have been released.

On Saturday April 29 at around 8.45pm, the robbery took place within Morton Park, in Kilmaurs.

The man pictured in the CCTV images is described as being white, medium height, slim, and bald.

At the time he was wearing a black tracksuit top and dark joggers and is believed to have been in the company of a small group at the time.

Detective Constable Gillian Wilson, from Kilmarnock CID, said: “We are appealing for the male in these images, or anyone who recognises him, to please come forward, as we believe he can assist our enquiries.

“Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting incident 3675 of April 29, 2023. “Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
