A busy city centre road in Glasgow has been closed after debris fell from a hotel during strong winds.
Hope Street was closed to all traffic between Argyle Street and Waterloo Street after the debris fell from the nearby Yotel Hotel.
There were no injuries reported in the incident that took place on Argyle Street at around 2pm on Saturday.
Emergency services attended and drivers have been advised to expect congestion in the area.
Police remain at the scene in a traffic management role.
The incident is one of many to cause disruptions in the city as Glasgow was hit by heavy wind and rain as thousands took part in a pro-independence march.
