A cyclist has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car as roads were closed in Glasgow.
Officers said a 57-year-old male cyclist is in hospital following the crash which took place on Hyndland Road in the city’s West End around 4.20pm on Monday.
The road is closed between Hughenden Road and Great Western Road as enquiries remain ongoing.
A Police Scotland statement read: “Hyndland Road, Glasgow is closed between Hughenden Road and Great Western Road following a crash.
“The incident involving a car and a male cyclist was reported around 4.20pm on Monday, December 30, 2024.
“The 57-year-old male cyclist was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
