A road in East Ayrshire has been closed following a collision on Saturday.

Emergency services were called to the A713 between Holybush and the B730 at around 4.45pm.

The number of vehicles involved and the nature of any injuries are not known.

The road is shut, and emergency services remain on the scene. A diversion has been put in place for drivers.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The A713 is closed between Hollybush and the B730 following a crash, which was reported around 4.45pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

“Emergency services are in attendance.

“A diversion is in place, and motorists should avoid the area.”
