Enquiries launched after child struck by car on road

Enquiries are ongoing after a child was hit by a car in Glasgow.

Emergency services were called to Standburn Road at around 4.55pm on Thursday.

The condition of the child is unknown at this stage.

Enquires remain ongoing.

.A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 4.55pm on Thursday, November 28, 2024, we were made aware of a crash involving a car and a child pedestrian on Standburn Road, Glasgow.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
