A young man who disappeared from Glasgow in the early hours of the morning has been traced safe and well, police confirmed.
Noman Ahmed had last seen by his family around midnight on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old is was believed to have left Keir Street in Pollokshields at around 5am on Wednesday morning but failed to return home.
The force is liaised with the British Transport Police as the missing man was said to enjoy the countryside and has an interest in trains.
Police Scotland confirmed on Tuesday night that he had been traced “safe and well” and thanked the public for their help in finding him.
