Missing man last seen on Monday traced following appeal

A man who was reported as being missing since Monday has been traced, police have confirmed.

Rory Hunter had last been seen in Stirling town centre in the afternoon but was believed to have travelled to Kirkintilloch. He also has links to Bridge of Allan, police said.

Police confirmed on Friday that he had now been traced safe and well.

The force thanked the media and the public for their assistance in tracing him.
