Fire crews have raced to the scene of a blaze in Renfrewshire following reports of a fire at a tenement block.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called to Paisley’s Walker Street following reports of a blaze at around 11.32am.
Three fire appliances and a height vehicle were dispatched to the scene. Crews are still on the scene .
It is not known at this time whether anyone was injured.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 11.32am on Friday, January 10, to reports of a building on fire at Walker Street, just off Wellmeadow Street, Paisley.
“Operations Control mobilised three fire appliances and one height vehicle to the area, and crews are still at the scene.”
