Firefighters are battling a blaze that broke out at a building in an industrial estate in Glasgow.
Emergency services received reports of flames and smoke coming from a building on Stanley Street, Kinning Park, at around 6.46am on Thursday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service initially dispatched two engines and a high-reach appliance to the scene, but after crews arrived, more resources were sent.
As of 7.53am, six engines and two high-reach appliances remain at the scene.
Drivers and pedestrians have been urged to avoid the area by Police Scotland.
Nearby residents have also been asked to keep their windows and doors closed while the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Emergency services are responding to a fire on Stanley Street, Glasgow, which was reported around 7.10am on Monday, July 29.
“Milnpark Street is currently closed at the Admiral Street and Portman Street junctions.
“Drivers and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area, and nearby residents are advised to keep their windows and doors closed at this time.
“Smoke from the fire is visible from the motorway and motorists are urged to take extra care.”
