Snow and ice across much of Scotland has caused widespread disruption to travel on Saturday morning.
Glasgow Airport suspended all flights with the city waking to a blanket of snowfall. Having cleared the runway, planes were able to resume taking off again shortly before 10.30am.
It comes as the Met Office has issued yellow warnings through Saturday morning for the northern coast and southwest of Scotland.
The areas with the most snow were Aviemore in Inverness-shire with 5cm.
Forecasters warn the snowy conditions could affect some roads and railways, while there is an increased risk of injury from icy surfaces.
The mercury plunged to minus 11C in some places overnight.

Temperatures are tipped to continue to fall over the weekend, with several sporting events cancelled amid snowfall and icy conditions.
A vehicle has collided with a British Airways plane at Aberdeen Airport, leaving passengers delayed.
BA flight 1305 to London Heathrow was supposed to depart at 8.55am on Saturday but investigations are under way after the incident.
Earlier on Saturday, Glasgow Airport suspended all flights temporarily, owing to snow in the area.
A post from the travel hub on X, formerly Twitter, said: “Flight operations are currently suspended due to heavier than forecast snow.

Shortly before 10.30am, the airport confirmed the runway had been cleared and flight schedules were resuming.

There was disruption to trains in the west of Scotland, with operator ScotRail posting: “The snow is affecting some signalling systems and staff are working as quickly as possible to rectify these just now.”
