Trains travelling through Glasgow Central Station are facing rush hour disruption after damage to overhead wires.
ScotRail issued a statement at around 7.30am on Thursday confirming they had reports of the damage at the city centre station.
They confirmed that Network Rail staff were being sent to the scene.
A ScotRail statement read: “We have received reports of damage to the overhead lines at Glasgow Central.
“NetworkRailSCOT staff have been mobilised and will arrive on site shortly to look into this. We are sorry for the disruption to your journey and once we have more information from staff on the ground we will update you.”
