A child was rushed to hospital on Saturday with serious injuries after falling from a window onto a balcony in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Victoria Road in the south side of the city just after 3pm.
The child was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children for serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Police Scotland did not say what height they fell from.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Around 3.10pm on Saturday we received a report of a child falling from a window onto a balcony at a property on Victoria Road in Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the child was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children for treatment for serious but not life-threatening injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
