A train line was forced to close after a 13-year-old boy was electrocuted and taken to hospital in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to a track close to Scotstounhill train station at around 3.55pm on Thursday.
A 13-year-old was taken to hospital with electrocution injuries, which medical staff have said are neither life-changing or threatening.
ScotRail announced services from Yoker and Singer were unavailable on Thursday as emergency services attended the incident.
All power between Finnieston and Dalmuir was switched off. Both Network Rail and ScotRail said they were working closeley with emergency services dealing with the incident.
The line was reopened after power was returned at around 4.44pm.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to the line close to Scotstounhill at 3.55pm on June 9 following reports of a 13-year-old boy having sustained electrocution injuries.
“Paramedics also attended, and he was taken to hospital with injuries which are believed to be neither life-changing or threatening.”
A ScotRail spokesperson said: “Power has now been restored and trains are moving normally again.”
