Dozens of roads in Glasgow are set to close over the weekend as runners descend on the city for the Great Scottish Run.
Disruption is expected in the city centre from the early hours of Saturday September 30 until the evening of Sunday October 1.
The event began as a full marathon in 1979, but later changed to a weekend of shorter events.
