iStockA manhunt has been launched after a man was attacked by a group in Clydebank on Monday.
Emergency services were called to Faifley Road near Bryson Street following reports of three men attacking a 30-year-old man at around 8pm.
The attackers fled in a white Volkswagen car heading onto Glasgow Road towards Bearsden.
The victim declined medical treatment.
Detective Constable Lee Cassidy said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone with any information on this incident to contact us.
“The area was busy at the time and I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or the vehicle described.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was driving in the area at the time and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist to contact us.”
