An investigation has been launched after a man was taken to hospital following a “stabbing” in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Franklin Street in the city around 9.30pm on Saturday following reports of a serious assault.
A 28-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.
Police say enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.30pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026, we were called to Franklin Street in Glasgow following a report of a serious assault.
“Emergency services attended, and a 28-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
