STV NewsA probe has been launched after a man was found dead underneath a bridge in Glasgow.
Police were called to a report of a man found seriously injured at the Broomielaw, beneath the George V Bridge, at around 1.40pm on Monday.
Emergency services attended, however the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
STV NewsA Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
“Officers remain in the area and anyone with any information or concerns can approach them, or call police on 101, quoting incident 1557 of Monday, August 17, 2026.”
