Three kayakers had to be rescued after falling into the water in Loch Lomond.
Loch Lomond Rescue Boat (LLRB) received a report from HM Coastguard around 3pm on Saturday of the kayakers who were struggling to get back on board their vessels.
A fourth kayaker was reported to be on the shore in the area near Luss.
The three in difficulty were rescued from the water by a passing boat before the rescue boat arrived.
LLRB was then able to get all of the group onboard and taken to Luss where they were handed over to a waiting ambulance.
The team then recovered their kayaks and paddleboards.
Sharing news of the call out, LLRB said: “We convey our thanks to [the passing boat] for assisting.
“Once LLRB arrived on the scene, all four of the kayaking group were brought aboard the Rescue Boat and then taken a short journey to Luss before being handed over to the Scottish Ambulance Service to be checked over.
“All kayaks and paddleboards were then recovered by LLRB before reuniting them with their owners. With all persons safe and well LLRB returned to Balloch and stood down.”
