A Lanarkshire garden centre boss has been charged with two sexual assaults on the premises.
James Douglas, who has been listed as a director of Garrion Bridge Garden Centre in Overtown since 2011, is accused of putting his hand into a woman’s clothes and fondling her on December 7 last year.
The 78-year-old is also accused of seizing the same woman at the garden centre on March 25, 2016, and kissing her on the lips.
Douglas appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on February 17 on an undertaking.
He is due to appear again in court on March 17.
