Adobe StockA man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal crash that took place in Stranraer earlier this year.
On Saturday, January 3, a white Vauxhall Vivaro van collided with pedestrian Margaret Joy Todd, 85, who was taken to hospital where she later died.
There were no other injuries.
On Tuesday, Police Scotland said a man, 22, was arrested and charged with a road traffic offence.
The force said a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
