A man has been charged over alleged incidents of hate-related graffiti in the southside of Glasgow.
Police received a report of graffiti on Carmunnock Road in Castlemilk at around 10.55pm on Wednesday evening.
A 62-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Inspector Chris Thomson said: “Graffiti is a blight on the community and my local problem solving team have been diligently responding to community concern for this type of graffiti within the Linn council ward area over the past few months.
“Detailed work in this area, alongside partnership working, has successfully led to an arrest.
“I would like to thank the public for their assistance and if anyone has any further information or concerns regarding any criminality, this can be raised with your local problem solving team.”
