A man and a teen have been arrested after the sale of alcohol to an underage person in East Ayrshire.
Officers arrested a 30-year-old man after carrying out patrols to target anti-social behaviour in Stewarton on November 29.
The man was charged in connection with licensing offences, including the sale of alcohol to someone under 18.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A 17-year-old male youth was also arrested in connection with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Police said enquiries into the arrest remain ongoing.
The force is urging anyone with information regarding anti-social behaviour to come forward.
Constable Andy Milne said: “Our enquiries remain ongoing and officers are committed to disrupting any form of anti-social behaviour in our communities.
“We are working together with partners to ensure appropriate measures are in place to deter such activity and to keep local people safe.
“Members of the community are reminded and encouraged to continue reporting all concerns via 101/Contactus.”
