© Google Maps 2025A man and a woman were taken to hospital after a three vehicle crash closed a road overnight in Glasgow.
Police were called to Tollcross Road near the junction with Maukinfauld Road at around 2.35pm on Saturday, 1 February.
Emergency services attended and one of the drivers, a 30-year-old woman, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Another driver, a 31-year-old man, was arrested and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary to be checked over.
He was subsequently charged in connection with road traffic offences and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
The road had been closed in both directions but police confirmed it reopened on Sunday afternoon.
