Man, 67, charged after schoolgirl sexually assaulted at bus stop

A 67-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident in Clydebank.

A man has been charged after a schoolgirl was sexually assaulted at a bus stop in West Dunbartonshire.

The 15-year-old girl was at the stop in Clydebank on Faifley Road, near the junctions with Langfaulds Crescent and Langside Street, around 9pm on Saturday, December 7.

The teenager was then allegedly approached by a man who touched her inappropriately.

A 67-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident following enquiries.

He has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
