A man has been arrested in connection with trespass after he was struck by a train in Glasgow.
British Transport Police were called to Crosshill Station at around 6.11pm following reports of a person on the tracks.
The incident caused disruption to services between Pollokshields East and Mount Florida due to a “person being hit”.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was arrested for trespass, breach of the peace and breaching his bail conditions.
BTP spokesperson said: “We were called to Crosshill station, Glasgow, at 6.11pm on January 27 to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Officers and paramedics attended, and a man was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. He was later arrested for trespass, breach of the peace and breaching his bail conditions.”
