Police ScotlandA man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman in Glasgow.
Sandie Butler was found seriously injured after police were called to reports of a disturbance in the St Mungo Avenue area of the city around 12.55pm on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old died a short time later.
Police said they were treating the death as murder following a post-mortem.
A 53-year-old man has been arrested in connection, and investigations are continuing into the full circumstances.
