A man arrested in connection with the death of a 38-year-old man in South Lanarkshire has been released pending further inquiries.
David Graham was taken to hospital after allegedly being attacked while walking alone in General’s Gate in Uddingston at about 7.35pm on Sunday, October 6.
Mr Graham, from Cambuslang, was pronounced dead on arrival at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
A 28-year-old man, arrested on Wednesday in connection with his death, was later released pending further inquiries.
A 41-year-old man, previously arrested in connection with the death, was earlier released under the same conditions.
A 29-year-old man was previously arrested and charged and appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, October 10.
