A man has been arrested and charged after a cannabis farm worth £341,000 was discovered in Glasgow.
Officers recovered the “large scale” cannabis cultivation from a property on Harelaw Avenue in Muirend on Thursday.
Police confirmed they also seized around 36kg of “ready for sale” cannabis as well as plants from the farm.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged after a cannabis cultivation was discovered at Harelaw Avenue in Glasgow around 7.50am on Thursday, January 18, 2024.
“He’s due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday, January 19.”
