A 42-year-old man has been charged after an assault in Glasgow city centre.
Emergency services were called to reports of an incident on Argyle Street at around 9.15pm on Sunday.
Police Scotland said a 30-year-old man and a 42-year-old man were taken to hospital with the latter also being arrested over the assault.
The road was shut down during the night before reopening later on.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We received a report that a 30-year-old man had been assaulted on Argyle Street, Glasgow, around 9.15pm on Sunday.
“Officers attended and the man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 42-year-old man was also taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
