A man has been charged in Oban in connection with allegedly supporting Palestine Action.
Officers executed a warrant on Tuesday and arrested and charged a 59-year-old as part of an ongoing investigation into those involved in encouraging support for Palestine Action.
The man is due to appear at Oban Sheriff Court on Wednesday as enquiries remain ongoing.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
It comes after campaign group Defend Our Juries said on Tuesday that five of its spokespeople were arrested as it prepared to announce further mass protests against the ban on Palestine Action.
