Google MapsA man has died after being found injured in the street in Gourock.
Emergency crews raced to Steel Street in the Inverclyde town at around 3.45am on Sunday July 13 but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the death is being treated as unexplained.
A spokesperson said: “Around 3.45am on Sunday, 13 July, 2025, we received a report of a man injured in Steel Street, Gourock.
“Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
