Police ScotlandA man has appeared in court charged with raping a teenage girl in woods near a castle.
Craig Watson, 25, from Hamilton, has been accused of attacking the teenager near Bothwell Castle in South Lanarkshire on May 20.
Watson appeared in private at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday morning.
He made no plea and was released on bail, pending a further court appearance.
