A man has been taken to hospital following a stabbing in Glasgow’s city centre.
Emergency services were called to Cathedral Square at around 7.15pm on Monday following reports of a serious assault.
An injured 49-year-old man was taken to hospital following the attack.
No arrests have been made, and an investigation to establish the full circumstances is still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.15pm on Monday, November 24, 2025, we received a report of a 49-year-old man having been seriously assaulted on Cathedral Square, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
