iStockA manhunt has been launched after a woman was attacked in a Glasgow park.
Emergency services were called to Robroyston Park near to Bishopmill Road at around 8.50am on Monday after reports of a man assaulting a woman.
The woman was not injured during the incident.
Officers attended and carried out a search of the area; however, the man was no traced.
An investigation into the attack is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.50am on Monday, August 31, we received a report of a man assaulting a woman in Robroyston Park near to Bishopmill Road, Glasgow.
“The woman was not injured.
“Officers attended and searches were carried out but there was no trace of the man.
“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0703 of Monday, August 31, 2026.”
