Investigators are searching for a man following a number of housebreakings in Paisley on Saturday.
Police were alerted to an individual breaking into three properties on Stanley Drive at around 7am.
The man is described as being around 5 feet 10 inches tall and having a slim build. He was wearing mostly black clothing with black trainers, a black balaclava, and a pink high-visibility vest at the time.
An investigation is under way to identify the individual.
Inspector Lorna McLaren said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace this individual and we are appealing to local residents to check ring doorbell and dash-cam footage around this time for any possible sightings.
“We also advise residents to take measures to protect their home by keeping their property locked, closing windows, and considering the installation of CCTV or doorbell cameras. Keep valuables out of sight and have security lights fitted if possible.”
