iStockTwo missing 12-year-old girls who disappeared from Glasgow overnight have been traced.
Police issued an appeal on Saturday after the two girls, believed to have been together, were last seen in the Balornock area around 11.30pm on Friday evening.
Officers said they were “increasingly concerned” for the welfare and safety of the girls.
On Sunday, police said the two 12-year-olds had since been traced.
The public has been thanked for their assistance.
