A man who disappeared after going fishing with friends in the Highlands on Easter Sunday has been spotted at a train station.
David Mooney, from Paisley, had travelled to Loch Cluanie, west of Invergarry, with the group however left unexpectedly around 1.30pm on Sunday.
Police said it was possible he got on a bus and travelled to Inverness where he was seen at the train station around 3.50pm on Easter Monday, April 18.
The 43-year-old is described as 5ft 7in tall, of medium build with short black hair.
When his friends last saw him leaving Loch Cluanie, he was wearing a black Berghaus jacket, green fishing trousers, black trainers and a yellow woolly hat.
But officers said he may have changed into a light coloured hoodie, dark grey joggers and trainers – as seen in CCTV images released by Police Scotland.
Detectives had said it was possible he got a bus or another form of transport from the A87 to return to Paisley.
However, they are increasingly concerned for Mr Mooney as it is out of character for him to not be in contact with friends or family.
Anyone who has information about his whereabouts or who thinks they may have seen him since 1.30pm on Sunday is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference number 2423 of April 17.
