iStockA man has been charged in connection with a robbery at a premises in the Borders.
Officers sad the robbery took place around 7pm on Sunday at a premises on Melrose Road in Earlston.
A man made off with a small sum of cash as no one was injured.
On Tuesday, police confirmed a 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.
He is due to appear at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday, December 31.
