Police are hunting for a vehicle after two deliberate fires at the same premises in 24 hours in Larkhall.
Police say the first fire happened around 11.30pm on Sunday, June 1 at a premises on Union Street, and the second fire was at around 11.40pm on Monday, June 2.
The blazes are being treated as linked and enquiries are ongoing.
Police say a dark-coloured SUV-style vehicle was seen in the area around the time of the second fire.
Detective Constable Ross Kirkland said: “We are treating these fires as deliberate and would urge anyone who saw anything suspicious or has information that could assist our enquiries to get in touch.
“We’re also looking to establish more details about a dark-coloured SUV-style vehicle seen in the area around the time of the second fire and would encourage anyone with information to contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0855 of June 2, 2025.
