Police ‘seriously concerned’ for teenage girl missing for two weeks from Paisley Police Scotland

Police are “seriously concerned” for the welfare of a teenage girl who has been missing for over two weeks.

Jade Murray was reported missing from Paisley on Wednesday, April 5.

The 17-year-old was last seen in the Love Street area of the town at around 1.20pm.

The teenager is described as being as white, 5ft 3in tall, with a slim build and long brown hair.

When last seen, she was wearing black padded gilet, a blue long-sleeved top, black leggings, a pink snakeskin bag, and white Nike Airforce trainers.

Investigating officers have said she is known to frequent the Inverclyde area.

A police spokesperson said: “We would ask anyone who may have seen Jade or has any information about her whereabouts to contact Police via 101, quoting incident number 1856 of Wednesday April 5, 2023.”
