Rangers have warned fans to be careful after becoming aware of a “fraudster” claiming to sell a season ticket for Ibrox.
The club say that several supporters have fallen victim to a scam already.
Rangers say they have contacted Police Scotland to investigate after being made aware of the incidents and urged fans to be vigilant.
A message on social media from the club’s supporter liason officer read: “Rangers have been made aware that several supporters have fallen victim to a fraudster claiming to sell the remainder of their season ticket.
“Please be extremely vigilant and do not send money to people you do not know. We have notified Police Scotland.”
