Road near airport closed after crash as drivers warned of debris

A road near Prestwick Airport is closed after a crash, with drivers warned of debris on the carriageway.

Traffic Scotland said the A77 is closed at the Dutch House Roundabout after a collision before 6.40am on Wednesday.

Emergency services are in attendance, with debris needing to be cleared from the road.

Traffic Scotland said on X: “Traffic is being diverted locally.

“Drivers should use caution on approach and expect delays.”
