A road has reopened after a fire broke out in a new block of flats in Glasgow.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze at the multi-storey building under construction on Grange Road in the Battlefield area at around 2.41pm on Monday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent seven appliances and a high-reach vehicle to the scene.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze and there were no reports of any injuries.
Police Scotland confirmed the road has since reopened.
A police spokesperson said: “Langside Road has reopened at Grange Road in Glasgow following a fire reported to us around 3.20pm on Monday, 1 December.
“There are no reported injuries.
“Members of the public are thanked for their patience.”
