A road on the A76 in Dumfries and Galloway has reopened one day after a lorry overturned.
Emergency services were called to the major road at Carronbridge which was closed in both directions due to an overturned lorry early on Thursday morning.
Drivers were diverted onto the A702, joining back on the A76 at Pease Hill, and asked to avoid the area if possible.
A Police Scotland statement on Friday read: “The A76 has reopened at Carronbridge, Dumfries and Galloway after a lorry had overturned.
“No serious injuries were reported. Drivers are thanked for their patience.”
