A woman has been taken to hospital, and the roof of a taxi was cut off following a two-vehicle crash in Glasgow on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to Lincoln Avenue at the junction of Great Western Road at around 1.55pm.
Fire service, police officers and ambulance crews were all in attendance. A woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road has since reopened following the crash. Officers have issued a man with a fixed penalty notice in connection with a road traffic offence.
Jen ArrighiA Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.55pm on Saturday, April 11, 2026, we were called to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Lincoln Avenue, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The road has since reopened and recovery of the vehicles has been arranged.
“A man was issued a fixed penalty notice in connection with a road traffic offence.”
