iStockA 14-year-old boy has been charged following a spate of ‘deliberate’ fires in Renfrewshire.
Emergency services were called to two blazes in the Greenend Avenue area of Johnstone on May 7 and 24.
They were called to a third blaze on Elm Drive on June 7.
On Friday, police confirmed a 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A report will be submitted to the relevant authorities.
