Police ScotlandA search has been launched for a woman last seen boarding a bus in Lanarkshire.
Claire Grayson was last seen in Wishaw around 5.30pm, and it is understood she took a bus to Shotts.
The 49-year-old’s disappearance has been described as “out of character”, and concern for her welfare is growing.
Claire is described as 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with brown and red hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing a plum-coloured padded jacket with a brown fur hood, a purple t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
Inspector James Mutter said: “I am urging anyone who has seen Claire to please get in touch.
“I am also appealing directly to Claire – if you see this, please make contact with officers.”
