The Strictly Come Dancing live show that was due to take place in Glasgow on Sunday night has now been cancelled, just hours after the early show was also called off.
A water leak has been blamed for the cancellations.
The venue released a statement on Twitter saying: “We are sorry to announce that this evening’s performance will not go ahead as planned.
“Our venue team has worked hard to resolve the water leak issue and to determine the cause, which has still to be established.”
Earlier fans of the hit show told STV News how they feared a riot after thousands were left waiting in the rain for hours before eventually being told it was being cancelled.
The Hydro has also apologised by those affected by the issues earlier.
They continued: “We further apologise to our customers at today’s matinee performance who had to wait outside the venue in the rain.
“The safety of our staff, customers and performers is paramount.
“We ask that customers please contact their point of purchase for a refund.”
